A treadmill in a hotel gym. About the most soulless running you can do. And I forgot my headphones and had nothing to listen to as I stared at the blank wall for 20 minutes. Still, at least I went. And that, we must assume, is the important thing.

    Hello Russell, just looked in to see how you’re getting along. It’s tough when you are on your own,much more encouraging in a group or with a partner.But well done keep it going.
