A big day of cycling today. A badly planned sequence of meetings led me from home to Clapham Junction, to home, to Battersea, to Shoreditch to home. According to my HRM this was three hours and 27 minutes of cycling (though I may have left it on during at least one meeting) and represented 2,108 calories. If I did that everyday then I suspect weight loss would be easy, but I’m not sure I’ve got the time. It was neccesary today though because it was supposed to offset this:
